This is the pretty look Naru from Love Hina has. I was very proud of the "twangs" and actually having longer hair then for the look. I used a big hair tie on the two pieces of my hair to get the "twangs" with no hairspray so they would bounce properly. They stayed up really well!
My sister was in this costume for maybe... fifteen minutes max? She was going to do Kaolla Su in pajamas since the school uniform was too complicated. The jammies had frogs with x-ed out eyes on them. She realized she wanted to be Radical Ed again switching back!
As a bonus here is my more relaxed Naru cosplay I did during Halloween that year...
